Logistics Management is pleased to announce the 2015 Quest for Quality Award winners.

The Quest for Quality Awards are the gold standard for customer satisfaction and performance excellence for carriers, ports, and logistics providers worldwide.

Logistics Management’s Annual Quest for Quality Awards is the culmination of a six-month research project conducted by Peerless Research Group (PRG).  For more than three decades, LM’s Quest for Quality has been regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.

“What makes the Quest for Quality Awards stand out in the market is the fact that the winners are determined by the readers of Logistics Management-the buyers of logistics and transportation services who put these carriers and service providers to work around the clock and around globe,” said Michael Levans, Group Editorial Director of Peerless Media, the publisher of Logistics Management.

“The growth of e-commerce and the subsequent evolution of omni-channel fulfillment has changed the game for both retailers and manufacturers, shortening lead times across the board,” said Levans. “According to the readers of Logistics Management, the list of carriers and service providers receiving a Quest for Quality Award this year have been equal to the task, matching their ever-demanding service needs and helping them keep pace with the new speed of global business.”

About the Quest for Quality Awards

To determine the best of the best, LM readers-logistics, transportation, and supply chain decision makers-rate carriers, third-party logistics (3PL) service providers, and now U.S. port operators strictly on the basis of service quality. One of the most notable elements about the Quest for Quality is that it allows these shippers to vote in the genre of services they actually use and fully understand; in turn, they can vote for the providers that they feel have best delivered on quality service in specific niches.

This year, Logistics Management had 4649 logistics and supply chain decision makers place their vote. This six-month research undertaking results in nine lists featuring 125 transportation and logistics services provider organizations that have gone for the gold and have achieved their mission of being designated “best of the best” by the readers of LM.

You can find the full list of winners from each Quest for Quality category in the August issue of Logistics Management and online here.
